Phase Three of the Watermark Masterplan will include the addition of a new 3,500 seat Worship Building and will complete the campus masterplan.  It will also include the modification of the Phase Two Worship Auditorium to house a permanent Children's Education facility.  There will be a 500-seat multipurpose room for meetings, performances, or receptions as well as a 300-seat chapel for weddings and funerals.  All buildings are centered around and focused on a 20,000 sf town square for community gathering and social activities.  Construction will start early 2008 and is expected to be complete for Easter 2009.
