








Highland Ridge Tower
Highland Ridge Tower is a 12-story 300,000 sf office building designed for Gaedeke Landers. The project is organized on a 10-acre site located in an existing master planned office campus near the Nashville International Airport and is the fourth phase and landmark building on the campus. The office space is configured on floor plates of 25,000 sf around a traditional, efficient building core with a 92-foot lease depth. The feature component of the project is the vertical tower element oriented toward the office park entrance and creates a landmark icon from a distance. The six-level parking garage is designed into the natural sloping topography of the site to negate its impact two-levels of the structure are seen from the public view. The building footprint is oriented along a natural ridge of the site to provide more prominent visual impact and provides the most pleasing views of the site for tenants.
