Jim Patterson, AIA
Associate Principal
Jim Patterson received Bachelor of Science in Environment Design and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Oklahoma in 1975 and 1977, respectively. He joined Omniplan in 1996, where he has enjoyed serving as project architect for a variety of building types, including office buildings, university projects, and churches. These projects have ranged from new construction to renovations to a combination of the two. His primary responsibility has been to oversee the creation of the Construction Documents for these projects as well as performing Construction Administration duties.
"I have always enjoyed the challenge of integrating the various requirements and limitations of a project into a cohesive and successful solution. I enjoy learning how buildings go together and applying that knowledge to my next project, as well as sharing that knowledge with my co-workers. I also enjoy directing small teams of architects and consultants into successful and efficient units. I feel that Omniplan has allowed me to utilize my talents and interests in a professionally rewarding manner, and I am proud to feel that I am contributing to a successful team."
