Wilcox Center

Wilcox Center will be a three-story, 185,000sf office building in Plano, Texas.  

The site, previously agricultural land, is crossed by two fence lines overgrown with mature native trees.  Omniplan's site design preserves as many trees as possible, and positions the building in their shade.  Rainwater from the roof is directed into a system of swales and absorbed into the soil, rather than draining into the storm sewer system.
